Facebat Inc is a subsidiary of Pantrybag Inc and is a fashion and personal protective equipment (PPE) company that specializes in creating unique and practical face masks.

Purchases

All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time for any reason.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been shipped. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online purchases.

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of California.

Shipping

We currently do not offer free shipping for any orders within or outside the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated time frame, but delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging. We will refund the full purchase price, minus the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.

Warranty
